Paca Talk is...

Paca Talk is a podcast by alpaca people, for alpaca people.

We are Charles and Maren Anderson of Evergreen Terrace Farms, and it feels natural for us to have an alpaca podcast. We like to talk about alpacas, and we like to talk to people who like to talk about alpacas.

We'd like to talk to you! Contact us with questions, show ideas, or comments.

Baby Hiatus

Hi Loyal Listeners!

Paca Talk is on baby hiatus. That is, Maren is going to have a baby any second, and so we can’t commit to recording on any regular schedule. We’ll return soon. Until then, enjoy our archives!

ETF's stall and farm stand at the 2010 AFO show

This is a shot of Evergreen Terrace Farm’s stall (with G.K. Willie) and farm display at the 2010 AFO show.

In this episode, we discuss our experience at a small, non-halter, fleece-only show in June 2010 in Eugene, Oregon. It was a unique experience partly because it was connected to the Black Sheep Gathering, a 30-year old event centered on sheep and fleece. It was a great draw for the public.

We heartily apologize for the sound quality of this episode. We are re-configuring our recording setup so we don’t have the same issues again.
